Shelley has excelled in hospitality for over 15 years with her passion to serve people on a connected and engaged level.

In 2015 Shelley “hit rock bottom” following some exceptional personal circumstances and was left feeling broken and empty hitting her lowest point. Breakdown.

Shelley hit her fork of choices, Give up or fight. The love she has for her two daughters helped her to fight, she did not want her daughters to feel even though she had given all hope up for herself, that she would give up on them.

The journey begun…….

Shelley qualified under multiple wellness coaches and lecturers and constantly practiced a range of techniques to maintain positive meta cognitive behavior and quickly identified the direct connection between nutrition and mental wellness.

Wayne or Tommo as he is known locally brings in over 15 years experience operating as a company executive, shareholder and Managing Director. Wayne thrives on significant and sustainable change to work environments for streamlined work flows and decreased single point reliability.  

In 2019 Wayne was involved in an accident that saw him unable to return to his role in a company he had developed for over 13 years. The Business Continuity Planning Wayne had executed prior to this injury ensured the company was able to not only survive but thrive following adversity.

Wayne now actively promotes the importance of efficient systems, succession planning and robust company policies through his own experience and emphasizes the direct connection between executive health and company health.
